1. Why? (purposes and legal basis of the treatment)
Ensur collects some of your personal data in order to allow you to continue to benefit from the benefits offered by Ensur. In other words, this personal data will be used for communication and direct marketing purposes. Ensur also aspires to keep you informed about new products, promotions, benefits, newsletters, etc.

In concrete terms, we are interested in the following personal data that we will keep:

- Mail address
- Telephone number ?
The provision of such personal data is not a legal or contractual obligation, nor a necessary condition for entering into an agreement. You do not have to provide your personal data.
Ensur collaborates with MEDIAROUTING, a consulting firm active in the field of public relations and communication. They will deploy certain actions for Ensur, which will allow them to access to the aforementioned personal data.
The other partners with which Ensur cooperates can also access to your personal data, but we make sure to only collaborate with partners who respect the guarantees of the general regulation on data protection.
3. Transfer to third countries or international organizations
The personal data we receive from you will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, so the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation still apply.
4. Period of storage
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the above purposes and if you do not withdraw your consent.
