Ensur looking for a Risk Management Senior Consultant / Manager to join our team and help shape the future of risk strategy in Belgium’s leading insurance companies. In this role, you will provide expert analysis, develop risk frameworks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices.
As a Risk Management Senior Consultant / Manager you will:
- Together with the client, identify, assess and mitigate their risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored tot the insurance sector
- Advise senior management and business units on risk exposure and mitigation techniques
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to enhance business resilience.
- Monitor and evaluate risk controls, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a risk-aware culture by training and supporting internal teams on risk best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
Required profile:
- You have 3+ years of experience in risk management, consulting, or the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies, compliance frameworks, and industry regulations.
- A proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A team player who can work autonomously.
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch/French.
- You like variety in your job and you are flexible.
- You have a passion for insurance.
