Working as a HR Business Partner/Manager

Ensur is a leading and rapidly growing consultancy firm with an exclusive focus on the insurance sector. As a consultancy company, our primary asset is our people. In the context of further growth and professionalization, we are looking for an HR Business Partner or HR Manager with an operational and hands-on mentality. The focus of the HR Business Partner or HR Manager will be on attracting and developing talent. In line with the company's strategy and the available budget, he/she will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the following HR domains: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, career development, talent management, and performance management.

The HR Business Partner/Manager will translate Ensur's mission and vision into an innovative, forward-looking HR strategy and will concretely shape and implement this strategy. This will involve close coordination with the HR Business Partner/Manager in the Netherlands. This role is crucial for the company's further growth.

The HR Business Partner/Manager reports to the CEO and works flexibly, both at various locations and remotely. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on people, their motivations, and well-being.

Required profile

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. A degree in a social sciences field is a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a service- and consultancy-oriented environment.
  • Experience with people management systems, engaging and motivating people through impact and consistent application of processes.
  • Solid experience working in a complex, service-oriented organization with strong consultants, managers, and partners.
  • A coaching attitude, but also directive when needed. We are looking for someone with flexibility and discipline—someone who sees opportunities and can turn them into effective results.
