After having acquired some experience in the insurance sector as a business analyst, I decided to join Ensur early 2017. Amongst others, their mission to become the insurance transformation partner based on a no-nonsense approach convinced me to join their ranks. Since then, I've had the opportunity to be part of different challenging projects, work with enthusiastic colleagues, and enjoy several internal events.

Let's have a chat

Two good interviews - each held with 2 senior Ensurgroup people - result in a job offer. There are no questionnaires, no psychological tests, no forced competition between candidates.

During the interviews we typically dig into a candidate's interest in the insurance sector, in business analysis, project management and of course in Ensurgroupp. Applicable candidates are invited to talk about their experiences and to which extend these could be usefull for Ensurgroup.
